Q. I did not receive ticket or confirmation.

Q. How much are tickets for child under 12 years of age?
A. Children under 12 get in free with a paid adult admission.

Q. Is there an age limit for VIP tickets?
A. Anybody can purchase a VIP ticket, but some parties/events are designated "Adult Only" and have a minimum age limit of 21.

Q. Is there an age limit to attend the Film Festival?
A. We do not allow children under 18 in without an adult, as films and shorts, while unrated, may contain adult content. Please be respectful to the others enjoying it.

Refunds Terms for Tickets or Vendors

Tickets we do not print or mail tickets as they are "will call" so bring receipt and ID for entry.
We do not offer refunds on tickets however will exchange the name if requested from purchaser via same email and transaction used to purchase originally.
Vendors do not allow any illegal products and must be family friendly and acceptable per federal, city, county or state regulations and or laws.
Both need to click the button to accept terms of purchase prior to actual sell.
